How To Cook Fruit Jelly With Strawberries, Raspberries And Blackberries - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Fruit jelly with strawberries, raspberries and blackberries". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

a pound and a half mix of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants and more

150 grams of sugar

30 grams of granulated gelatin

500 milliliters of water

Method of preparation :

Wash the fruit and pour it into a colander to drain the water well. Leave some of them. Transfer the rest to a suitable container, cover with sugar, pour 500 milliliters of water and bring to a boil over high heat. When this happens, remove from the heat, close the pan with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.

Dissolve the gelatin in a little water and add it to the fruit decoction that you have previously strained. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved and allow the mixture to cool.

Put some of the fruit separated at the bottom of the form, pour some of the gelatin on them and put the form in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Then remove, put the fruit again, gelatin again and another 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Do this a third time and leave the dessert in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.

Turn the finished jelly on a suitable dish and cover with a hot towel to make it easier to separate from the mold. Cut into pieces, decorate as desired and serve.

Enjoy!
