Required products :

3 apples
3-5 apricots
50 grams semolina
7 tablespoons sugar
100 grams chocolate
coconut shavings for sprinkling

Preparation :
Wash the apples, peel, cut into pieces and clean the core with the seeds, and grate the rest finely.
Also wash the apricots, remove the stones and pass the meat through a sieve.
Mix the fruits. Put the apple peels and the apricot coating in a bowl, fill with 500 milliliters of water and place on the stove. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes, then strain the liquid.
Bring the decoction to a boil again, add the sugar and semolina. Prepare the porridge for 5 minutes, stirring, over high heat, then reduce the temperature (or place the dish in a water bath) and simmer for another 30 minutes.
Add the fruit mixture, stir and cool the dessert to 40-50 degrees.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate and coconut shavings.
