Method of preparation:
Mix margarine with sugar, add egg, baking powder, flour and knead dough. If necessary, add more flour, wrap in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
For sprinkling. In a bowl, mix the butter, flour, both types of sugar and rub with your hands to get crumbs. Put them in the fridge too.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer no thicker than a finger, pierce the entire surface with a fork and bake the marshmallows for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes. Put them in a bowl and mix them with the sugar.
Remove the marshmallows from the oven and spread the filling evenly over it. Then sprinkle with the resulting "crumbs". Put the pie in the oven to bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan (about 30 minutes) and cut into squares.
