Required products :

1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
3/4 teaspoon butter
1.5 teaspoons flour
240 grams cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar + another 3/4 teaspoon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2.5 teaspoons fruit your choice (strawberries, bananas, kiwis ...)
2.5 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon apple juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice


Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Grease the bottom of a suitable form with oil.
Mix the powdered sugar with the butter and flour. Make a dough that is evenly distributed in the prepared dish.
Bake the marshmallows in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then leave to cool.
During this time, using a mixer, beat the cream cheese with 1/2 teaspoon of granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Close the container with a lid and leave for the moment.

Cut the fruit into random pieces.

When the base of the pie has cooled, cover it with cream cheese and arrange the fruit on it.

In a small saucepan pour the apple juice, add the cornstarch, 3/4 teaspoon of sugar and a spoonful of lemon juice. Put the pan on medium heat, let the mixture boil and thicken. Then spread it on the fruit.

Allow the pie to cool and serve.
