Required products :
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (extinguished)
2.5 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon high-fat sour cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
favorite fresh fruits (in this case cherries are used, but they can be replaced by any fruit you prefer)
Method of preparation :
Add a teaspoon of salt, baking soda and egg to the flour. Make a dough that is evenly distributed on the bottom of an oiled pan.
Spread the fruit you have chosen on top, first cutting them into small pieces, if large, and squeezing their juice.
Beat the cream with the sugar and apply on the fruit.
Bake for about 40 minutes in the oven at 170-180 degrees.
