Learn how to cook "Fruit pie with dates, bananas and sesame seeds without sugar and eggs". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
300 grams of pitted dates
1 peeled banana (about 120 grams)
1 lemon (about 160 grams)
100 milliliters of vegetable oil
200 grams of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
sesame for sprinkling
Method of preparation :
Peel the dates, peel the banana and cut it into pieces, grind the lemon together with the peel and mix these products in a bowl. Add the vanilla, oil and puree everything with a blender.
Then add the flour with the baking soda and knead the dough. Distribute it in a form with a diameter of 28 cm, which you have previously lined with baking paper. A container with a smaller diameter is not preferable. The dough will stick to the spatula and even distribution of the mixture may be more difficult, but try to level the surface.
Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds, lightly press it to the dough to stick.
Bake the pie in the oven at 170 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. However, watch out, because all ovens are different, the pie should turn red.
Remove to a rack lined with baking paper and when cool, cut into pieces.
