How To Cook Fruit Pie With Grapes, Cinnamon And Mascarpone - Recipe

Required products :

300-400 grams of grapes
120 grams of mascarpone
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 leaf frozen puff pastry
1 protein

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, cover the bottom of a suitable form with baking paper.

Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Roll out the dough lightly and put it in the prepared form. Spread the mascarpone on its surface, leaving about 2.5 cm at the edges without cheese. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, arrange the grapes.
Fold the ends and spread them with the beaten egg whites with 1 tablespoon of water.

Bake the pie in a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or until the edges turn red and caramelize the grapes.

When cool, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
