  • 2 kiwis - cleaned and cut
  • 1/3 teaspoon blueberries

Method of preparation :

Mix the sugar and butter in the bowl of the mixer and beat until they become a light fluffy cream. Add the eggs and extracts.

Sift the flour with the baking powder, baking soda and salt and add them to the creamy mixture. Mix until the flour is well absorbed.

Put the bowl (cover with a lid or foil) in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

After cooling the dough, press it on the bottom of a pizza pan (or other shallow form) and bake for 12-14 minutes at 170 degrees until the loaf becomes light brown. Cool on a wire rack.

For the fruit glaze, combine the sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Add the water and orange juice and stir. Put on the stove and let the mixture boil, cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until the glaze thickens. Cool to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

For the cream, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar.

Whip the cream separately and then mix with the cream cheese.

Spread the cooled loaf with the resulting cream. Arrange the fruit to your liking.

Glaze them so they will keep their fresh look.
