Required products :
1/2 tea cup bulgur
1 tea cup water
1 apple
1 kiwi
seedless grapes - small bunch a
handful of walnuts
fruit juice or fruit yogurt
You can use other fruits according to the season and your personal preferences.
Method of preparation :
Boil the bulgur until ready. About 15 minutes with the lid closed is sufficient. Then cool.
Peel an apple and a kiwi, cut them into pieces.
Arrange the fruits in the salad bowl, alternating layers of them, putting bulgur between them.
Sprinkle the salad with chopped walnuts and pour with suitable fruit juice or season with fruit yogurt.
