Method of preparation :
Mix the sugar and water in a pan placed on the hob.
Put the walnut halves in the syrup.
Once caramelized, remove to a plate.
Cut the pineapple into small cubes, the banana into cubes.
Pour them into the same bowl with the sugar syrup and fry them on all sides. Do not add water or fat, even if they dry a little.
Cut the fresh mint leaves.
Add them to the fruit.
Peeled kiwi cut into quarters.
Cut the apples into small cubes, you may not peel them.
Grind the walnuts coarsely.
Sprinkle with them all the fruits that you previously mixed in the salad bowl.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve without stirring.
