How To Cook Fruit Salad With Carrots, Walnuts And Cream Sauce With Honey And Cinnamon - Recipe

Required products :

1 carrot
2 bananas
2 apples
100 grams walnuts
100 grams dried apricots
100 grams raisins
1 orange
200 grams sour cream
1 tablespoon honey
cinnamon to taste
100 grams natural yogurt
200 grams canned pineapple

Method of preparation :

Wash carrots and fruits. Peel the ones that require it, and pour warm water over the dried apricots and raisins until they soften, then rinse.
Grate a carrot, add randomly chopped apples, bananas, pineapple, orange and dried apricots.
Grind the walnuts together with the raisins and then add to the other products.
Make a sauce by mixing sour cream with yogurt. Season with honey and cinnamon and season the salad.
Serve chilled.
