Required products :
2 pieces chicken fillet
lettuce
1 apple
1/4 pineapple
1/2 mango
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon cognac
1 teaspoon honey
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Lightly pound the fillet on both sides, rub with salt and ground black pepper, then fry over low heat, but no crust should form on the surface of the meat.
Peel an apple and cut it into large straws, pineapple and mango into cubes. Mix the fruit in a suitable bowl, pour the lemon juice and add the chicken fillet, which is also cut into large pieces in advance.
Take care of making the dressing. In a small bowl, mix the honey and cognac. Add a little lemon juice if desired and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Beat with a fork.
Put lettuce leaves in a plate, on them - the fruit, and on top - the chicken. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
