Necessary products:

mint

1.5 tablespoons pine nuts

2 tbsp raisins

2 tablespoons orange liqueur

2 kiwis

4 apples

20 cherries

2 oranges

 

For cream:

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tsp milk

2 egg yolks

1/4 stick of vanilla

Method of preparation:

Cut the "caps" of the apples and save them, carefully carve the inside and after cleaning it from the seeds, cut it into small cubes. Wash the raisins, also cut the kiwi into cubes, grind the nuts, wash the mint leaves and chop finely. Squeeze the juice from the oranges, mix it with the liqueur and then add the apples, raisins, nuts, kiwi, cherries and mint. Mix everything well and put in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool.

During this time, make a cream by mixing the indicated products for it. Leave on the stove until it thickens and stirring constantly. 

Fill the "cups" of the apples you received with the fruit filling and pour the cream.

The fresh and nutritious salad is ready.
