Necessary products

For skewers:

200 g pineapple

200 g of apples

300 g of kiwi

100 g of prunes

yogurt

 

For the syrup:

2 tablespoons honey

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp sugar syrup

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

lemon juice to taste

Method of preparation:

Cut the apples into small pieces, the pineapple rings into 8 pieces, peel the kiwi and cut it into pieces, wash and dry the prunes. String the prepared fruits on wooden skewers, which you have previously moistened with cold water. Put them in a deep bowl.

Make the syrup. Mix honey, butter, lemon juice, syrup, cinnamon and sugar, stir until smooth. Pour it over the fruit skewers and leave for 1 hour at room temperature. Then put them in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 5 - 8 minutes, watering periodically with the syrup.

Serve with yogurt.
