Necessary products:
3 kiwis
1 apple (green)
1 banana
400 grams of berries
0.5 teaspoon ginger
10 mint leaves
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Method of preparation:
Peel the apples, remove the core with the seeds, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Grate the ginger, kiwi and banana and cut into pieces. Mix these fruits, add 2 tablespoons of honey and grind with a blender.
Wash the strawberries, clean them from the tails. Cut the mint leaves. Mix the products and grind them together with the rest of the honey.
Take suitable tall glasses and pour in them the two purees, alternating them to form layers.
