How To Cook Fruit Smoothie With Grapefruit And Flaxseed - Recipe

Required products :

1 tablespoon flaxseed
1/2 grapefruit
15 strawberries (can be frozen)
a handful of seedless grapes
1/2 avocado
1 banana
juice of 1/2 lemon or lime

Method of preparation :

Put the flax seeds in the blender bowl, add 1/2 peeled grapefruit, strawberries, grapes, peeled 1/2 avocado and banana. Finally, pour the freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon or lime and beat everything until smooth.

Smoothie is ready, it is a rich source of vitamin C, which will strengthen your immune system.
