Learn how to cook "Fruit sponge cake with cream cheese, chocolate liqueur and coffee". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

400 grams of cream cheese (can Mascarpone)
150 grams of whipping cream
4 eggs
80 grams of white chocolate
100 grams of powdered sugar
2 teaspoons of strong coffee
30 milliliters of chocolate liqueur
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 ready sponge cakes (or biscuits)
300 grams of fresh fruit (for example, raspberries)
50 grams of cocoa powder

Method of preparation :

Beat the cream cheese until you get a soft tender mass. Add the yolks and cream to it, beating constantly until the mixture acquires a creamy consistency and thickens.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix it with the cream, pouring it in a thin stream.

Beat the egg whites until stiff (about 4 minutes) and gradually add to the remaining products.

It's time for the powdered sugar. You should get a uniform glossy combination.

In a separate bowl, mix the brewed coffee with the brown sugar and chocolate liqueur.

Put the sponge cake in a suitable container and syrup it with the aromatic liquid. Sprinkle the base with cocoa powder (use about 1 tbsp).

Then distribute 1/3 of the fruit, cover them with 1/3 of the cream and put the sponge cake again.

Continue in the same sequence: coffee syrup, cocoa, fruit, cream.

Put the cake in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, cocoa and fruit.

Enjoy your meal!
