Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Grease the bottom of a round pan with a falling bottom.
the basis:
Beat the butter in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon peel, baking powder, vanilla and salt and beat with a mixer. Sequentially add the egg white and flour and continue the process. Using a wooden spoon, mix the remaining flour (or knead with your hands).
Spread the dough on the bottom and edges of the round pan, cover with foil and bake for 6 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 6-7 minutes or until the crust is slightly browned.
the cream:
In a small bowl, mix together the cheese, powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon zest and yogurt.
Pour the cream over the cooled base. Garnish with berries, honey, mint leaves and lemon peel. Slice and serve.
