Make this salmon paste in less than 20 minutes for dinner for the whole family. Kids will love the fun shape of the pasta. In addition, they will take in the beneficial omega-3 fatty acids from fish and dietary fiber (fiber) from whole grain pasta.

Required products :

  • 249 grams of whole grain fusilli (or other type of pasta)
  • lump of butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 140 grams of frozen peas
  • 2 salmon fillets, cut into pieces
  • 140 grams of cream fry
  • 1/2 cube vegetable broth
  • small bunch of green onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the wholemeal fusilli in boiling water. Add the frozen peas, salmon fillets, cream fries and 50 milliliters of water. Crush the vegetable broth inside and cook for 3-4 minutes or until done. Pour green onions, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix with the fusilli, stir the dish and serve in bowls.
