How To Cook Garlic Bread With Yellow Cheese And Parmesan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 baguette
  • 1/4 tea cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/4 tea cups grated yellow cheese
  • 1/3 tea cup Parmesan, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Cut the baguette lengthwise and place the halves with the crust facing down in a tray covered with aluminum foil.
  • In a bowl, mix the butter, olive oil and garlic, stir and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the garlic butter on the bread, not missing the edges so that they do not burn.
  • Cover the pan with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, remove the top layer of foil and sprinkle evenly with cheese and Parmesan.
  • Bake the bread uncovered for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cut, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
