Required products :

3 1/2 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon warm water + 1/2 teaspoon warm milk
5 tablespoons natural yogurt
4 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic

For the sauce:

4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic
parsley or other green spice to taste

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, pour the milk, add salt, sugar and oil. Allow the mixture to stand for about 10 minutes until foam forms.

Pour the flour into a large bowl, make a hollow in the middle and pour the mixture together with the yogurt and crushed garlic.

Knead the dough. If it sticks to your hands, add some more flour. Grease its surface with oil, close the container or cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes to rise.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Divide the risen dough into 9-10 parts, which you roll out, giving the layers an oval shape. Arrange them on greased parchment and leave for 10 minutes. Then bake in the preheated oven until golden (about 15 minutes).

When the cakes have cooled, spread them with garlic sauce, which you prepare by mixing the softened butter with crushed garlic and finely chopped parsley.

You can grate yellow cheese on their surface and put pieces of fried mushrooms. It turns out very tasty.
