Required products :

For the dough:

2 tea cups flour with a tip (cup with a capacity of 200 milliliters)

50 grams of cold butter

3/4 tea cup liquid cream with a fat content of 10%

1 teaspoon leavening agent

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

pinch of salt

a little freshly ground black pepper

For the stuffing:

250 grams of sheep cheese (maybe cow's milk)

4 cloves garlic

parsley

3 tablespoons olive oil

freshly ground black pepper to taste

For sprinkling:

grated parmesan

1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon liquid cream (fat content 10%)

Method of preparation :

Cut the cold butter into cubes. Sift the flour and add the leavening agent to it, add the other dry ingredients. Then add the butter cubes and stir quickly to obtain "crumbs".

Pour the cream and quickly knead a homogeneous dough, wrap it in foil and store for an hour in the refrigerator.

Make the filling. To do this, finely chop the garlic and parsley, mix them and add the remaining products. If necessary, add a little more olive oil.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees.

Roll out the dough (not too thin) on a floured surface. Let it acquire a rectangular shape, and one of its sides should be about 35 cm. Put the stuffing on one end, roll a tight roll and cut it into 12-14 parts. Arrange them in a tray lined with parchment, smear their surface with the yolk, which you beat with cream and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake until golden, the time depends on your oven (about 15 - 20 minutes).

Enjoy your meal!
