Necessary products
For the dough:
about 400 grams of flour
1 teaspoon fast-acting dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
250 milliliters milk
1 egg
2-3 tablespoons sesame seeds
For the stuffing:
5-6 cloves garlic
110-130 grams of butter
3-4 tablespoons chopped green spices of your choice (dill, parsley, green onions or other)
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Sift the flour, add the yeast to it. Put the sugar and a few pinches of salt in the milk, pour into the dry mixture, kneading the dough. It should rise and double in volume. Then form 15-16 balls out of it, which you leave for 20-30 minutes to rise once more.
Make the filling by mixing the grated garlic cloves with the chopped green spices and add the softened butter.
Make shallow incisions in the middle of the loaves and distribute the filling in them.
Arrange in a pan, spread with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
