Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 15 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 grams of salt
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 70 grams of unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 200 grams of cold buttermilk

 

for the filling

 

  • 140 grams of mozzarella or yellow cheese

 

for spreading

 

  • 30 grams of butter
  • 3 grams of salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 chopped garlic clove

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, add the butter and buttermilk. Make dough and cool.

Roll out on a floured surface and cut into rectangles. Put a piece of yellow cheese in each and wrap tightly on all sides so that a ball is formed. Do the rest in the same way and arrange in the tray.
