How To Cook Garlic Chicken Chunks With Nuts And Soy Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 400 grams of chicken fillet
  • black pepper, cumin and salt
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 stalks of fresh onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2-3 leaves of fresh basil
  • 100 grams of pine nuts
  • 100 grams of porridge
  • 30 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Melt and heat the butter in a pan. Peel the garlic cloves, chop and fry. Add the diced chicken and season with pepper, cumin and salt to taste. Stir, add the soy sauce and stew the dish for 10 minutes.

 

Peel, chop the peppers, onions and add them to the mixture. Put the fresh basil leaves and nuts.

 

Stir again, leave the bites on low heat for another 10 minutes, cool and distribute portions. Serve the dish garnished with fresh spices of your choice.
