Necessary products:

  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1/4 tea cup olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 tea cup chopped parsley
  • 4 teaspoons water
  • 2 eggs

Method of preparation:

Steam the tomatoes with boiling water, then cover them with cold and peel them. Cut them. Make fresh breadcrumbs by making bold pieces of dry bread using a blender until you get crumbs. Mash the garlic, finely chop the breast.

Pour olive oil into a deep pan and heat it. Fry the meat together with the garlic until it forms a brown crust. Add the breadcrumbs, cheese and leave on the stove for about 3 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, spices and water, wait for everything to boil. Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes. Reduce heat slightly and add beaten eggs. Stirring, cook for another 2 minutes. The soup is ready.
