In a bowl, mix the flour, add salt and cumin. Pour the water into a jug, add olive oil and half the coriander leaves. Combine the mixtures, knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the leeks and garlic, add the remaining leaves and stir the mixture.
Divide the dough into pieces, roll out loaves, garnish with the filling and roll into rolls.
Cover them with a damp cloth, wait for them to rise and roll once more.
Grease a pan, heat it and bake the guzlems on both sides.
Serve warm with a sauce of your choice.
