How To Cook Garlic In Butter With Wine And Rosemary - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Garlic mushrooms in oil with wine and rosemary". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 450 grams of mushrooms, well washed and cut into slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tea glass of red wine
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the mushrooms, garlic and salt and stir until the mushrooms absorb the oil.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes until the liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally.
  • Drizzle with red wine, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Season the sauteed mushrooms with black pepper, sprinkle with rosemary and serve.
