Required products :

5 medium heads garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon spice mixture: rosemary, oregano, thyme, basil, sage,
savory
500 milliliters of water
salt to taste
3 bay leaves
30 milliliters of white wine
parsley to serve

Method of preparation :

Divide the garlic heads into cloves, which you put in boiling water without peeling. 30 seconds later, drain the liquid, pour cold water over the cloves and then peel.
Heat olive oil in a suitable pan, put the garlic in it. When it starts to "squeak", reduce the temperature to a minimum and add spices, including bay leaves. Allow the garlic to cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan and not allowing the cloves to burn.

Then increase the heat to maximum and pour in the wine. Let the dish remain on the fire until the liquid evaporates. If desired, you can add salt to taste.

Serve the prepared garlic, sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley, as an
addition to roast meat, salads or soups.

Enjoy your meal!
