Required products :

  • 400 grams of pizza dough (mixed with yeast)
  • 400 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 3-4 tablespoons butter
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • parsley
  • 1-2 tablespoons flour

Method of preparation :

Sprinkle the plate with the flour and roll out the dough in the form of a rectangle, which you cut into strips along the length (width and length do not matter). Spread the grated mozzarella on the surface of the strips and cover the cheese with the dough, as shown in the next photo.

Then make knots and bake them for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 220-240 degrees (on a sheet of parchment).

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan, wait for it to boil and pour in the chopped garlic. After a minute, when it begins to release its aroma, add parsley, stir and remove the pan from the heat.

Roll the prepared knots on both sides in garlic oil and enjoy their taste.

Enjoy your meal!
