How To Cook Garlic Muffins With Cheese And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

Dry ingredients :

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients :

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 220 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream / or yogurt /
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 tea cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 200 grams of shredded cheese

About the filling :

  • 90 grams of salted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 12 squares of yellow cheese measuring about 3 centimeters long and 3 millimeters thick

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the muffin tin.
  • Mix the butter and garlic for the filling and heat them slightly until the butter is completely melted.
  • In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients and make a well in the middle.
  • Add the wet ingredients without the cheese and mix gently.
  • Add the cheese and stir again to distribute evenly in the dough.
  • Place 1 full tablespoon of the mixture in each slot of the muffin tin.
  • Spread the yellow cheese slices on top and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of garlic oil.
  • Divide the remaining dough evenly and sprinkle with the remaining butter.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve the savory cupcakes warm to enjoy the melted cheese and yellow cheese.
