Required products :

  • 4 potatoes, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons bechamel sauce
  • 1 1/2 tea cups tomato sauce for pizza
  • 1/3 tea cup grated ripe mozzarella
  • pepperoni
  • 2 tea cups grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
  • basil for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Cut the potatoes and season with salt and pepper, pour olive oil and stir.

Transfer them to a pan and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, until golden brown.

Mix in a bowl parmesan, garlic, parsley and 1 teaspoon pepper.

Roll the baked potatoes in the mixture and arrange them in the pan and bake them for another 10 minutes until they acquire a crispy golden crust.

Put bechamel sauce in a small deep pan, cover with tomatoes and sprinkle with mozzarella. Arrange the Parmesan slices and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.

 

Sprinkle with basil and serve the potatoes with pizza dip.
