How To Cook Garlic Pasta With Tomatoes, Cheese And Bacon

Necessary products:

  • 375 grams of pasta
  • 175 grams of bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 75 grams butter
  • 1/3 teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons breadcrumbs
  • 4 teacups of fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons cheese, crushed 2 tomatoes, sliced ​​2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive salt
  • pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

Boil pasta in salted water, following the instructions on the package. Drain and transfer to a large fireproof dish.

Stew the bacon in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.

Add the garlic and onion, stir and cook for about 2 minutes until the onion is soft.

Transfer to a bowl of pasta and mix gently.

In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the flour.

Cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly until the mixture simmers.

Gradually add the milk and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture is bubbling and thickening again. Add parsley and 1/2 teacup of cheese and transfer to the pasta bowl.

Season with salt and pepper and mix well to distribute all ingredients evenly.

Slightly flatten with a spoon and arrange the tomato slices.

Spread the breadcrumbs and the remaining shredded cheese on top and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the pasta warm.
