Necessary products:

spaghetti or pasta of your choice

olive oil

garlic

parmesan

parsley for decoration

Method of preparation:

Boil the spaghetti in salted water, but not until fully cooked. Put some olive oil in the water. While they are cooking, fry the finely chopped garlic (to taste) in olive oil for 1 minute. Then drain the paste from the water with a colander and pour over the garlic. Close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer for a few minutes, pre-mixing everything and turning off the stove.

Put the prepared spaghetti in a suitable plate, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and garnish with chopped parsley, basil or anything else of your choice.

You can serve as a side dish to any meat.
