How To Cook Garlic Puff Pastry Rolls With Basil Pesto And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Garlic puff pastry rolls with basil pesto and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 8 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the bottom of a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Spread 4 tablespoons of pesto on the first sheet of puff pastry.
  • Sprinkle with half grated cheese and 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
  • Roll into a roll, starting from the short part and cut into slices with a sharp knife. Repeat with the other products.
  • Arrange the puff pastry rolls in the prepared pan and bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden.
  • Wait 5 minutes before transferring them to a plate and serving.
