Necessary products:

4-5 cloves of garlic

1 egg

0.5 liters of oil

1 teaspoon salt

juice of half a lemon

Method of preparation:

You can change the amount of garlic according to your preferences.

Peel the garlic, mash it with a press to make a pulp. Add salt, lemon juice and stir. Then beat the egg with a mixer and when it lightens, start pouring the oil in a thin stream without stopping to beat. Take your time, cook everything slowly to get a fluffy white mousse-like mass. Then add the garlic mixed with salt and lemon juice and stir for a few minutes.

The garlic sauce is ready.

You may not use the specified amount of oil, add as much as you deem necessary (the more oil you use, the thinner the sauce will be). If desired, you can add parsley, spices, herbs, vegetables.
