Method of preparation :
Finely chop the radishes and cucumbers (you can grate them if you prefer), chop the parsley and / or other green spices. Add everything to the yoghurt, add the crushed garlic cloves and soy sauce (if you do not want to use soy sauce, add salt to taste, otherwise do not salt) and mix the resulting sauce.
Submit it chilled.
You can store in the refrigerator for 1-2 days in a container closed with a lid or covered with plastic wrap.
