Necessary products:

100 grams of peeled garlic

800 ml of water

200 ml fresh milk (or cream with 10% fat)

4 egg yolks

White bread

spices (dry) - of your choice

thyme - to taste

salt to taste

pepper - to taste

olive oil - for frying

Method of preparation:

Pour boiling water over the garlic and let it boil for 1-2 minutes. Then cut it into small pieces and fry in olive oil until pale pink. Cut the white bread into cubes and fry them in the same fat as the garlic (so they will taste).

Strain the water in which you boiled the garlic and pour another 800 ml.

Beat the 4 yolks and add the milk to them, add the spices, mix well.

When the water boils, start slowly pouring in the milk mixture. Wait for everything to boil, remove from the heat and add the fried garlic.

Pour the soup into bowls and serve hot with the resulting croutons and sprinkled with fresh parsley.

Those who prefer thicker soups, use more egg yolks.

Enjoy your meal!
