Necessary products
For the soup:
700 milliliters of vegetable broth
30 medium-sized cloves garlic
bunch parsley
2 egg yolks

2 pinches grated nutmeg
For the croutons:
2 slices of bread
50 grams of grated yellow cheese
olive oil
Method of preparation :
Peel the garlic cloves, cut them in half lengthwise and fry in oil. Shake the pan while they are cooking so that they can be fried on all sides and not burn.
From the parsley stalks use only the leaves, put them next to the garlic and pour the broth. Allow the soup to cook for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the slices of bread into cubes, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake them in the oven until golden.
