Required products :

500 grams of flour

16 grams of leavening agent

8 grams of baking soda quenched in 1 tablespoon of vinegar

400 grams of natural yogurt

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

2 cloves garlic

2 sprigs of fresh basil

 

For spreading:

4 cloves garlic

50 grams of parmesan

olive oil to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Mash the garlic, finely chop the basil. Mix the dough products and use a mixer to knead a soft dough.

Roll it out on a plate sprinkled with flour. The thickness of the layer should be about 1 centimeter.

Cut into long strips and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Mash the four cloves of garlic and spread on the surface of the sticks, then sprinkle with olive oil.

Arrange the strips of dough in a pan, the bottom of which you have previously lined with baking paper and place the dish in the oven until a golden crust forms (about 20 minutes).
