Necessary products

For the dough:

400 grams of flour

250 milliliters of fresh milk

2 tablespoons oil

0.5 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

1 baking powder (or 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda + 0.5 teaspoon of citric acid)

For the stuffing:

50 grams of butter

8 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons chopped green spices of your choice

For spreading:

1 egg yolk

Method of preparation :

Knead the dough from the products indicated for it, cover it with a towel and leave in a warm place. It should double in volume. Then divide it into 16 parts (about 50 grams each) and cover again with a towel for 30 - 40 minutes to rise the dough.

Meanwhile, make the filling. Put the soft butter, garlic and parsley (or whatever spice you choose) in the bowl of the blender. Grind everything. If you do not have a suitable appliance, you can grate the garlic on a fine grater, chop the parsley and mix them with the oil by hand, stirring thoroughly.

Let's go back to the dough. In the middle of each of the loaves make an incision with the blade of a knife, in which you put the resulting garlic stuffing (about 0.5 teaspoon) and smear the surface with beaten egg yolk.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
