Required products :

1 teaspoon bulgur
1 small onion
1 medium carrot
2-2.5 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons boiling water
1 teaspoon tomato paste (or 1 tomato)
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Heat the butter in a pan and pour in the finely chopped onion and grated carrot. Let simmer for 10-12 minutes until transparent and soften the onion.

 

Then add the bulgur (no need to wash beforehand) and stir. It's time for the tomato puree (or grate 1 tomato).

 
Pour boiling water, stir again and season to taste. When it boils, close the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and let the products cook for about 15 minutes on low heat.

 

The garnish is ready. You can now serve.
