Required products :

2 large potatoes
3 tablespoons oil
salt and spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, wash them and grate them with a large grater.

 

Heat a frying pan, pour the oil into it and let it heat up enough. Then put the potatoes and stir.

It is important that they are distributed in one layer. In addition, the hotter the fat, the less likely it is that the potatoes will stick together.

Fry until cooked over medium heat, without closing the pan with a lid, stirring often. Add salt towards the end of frying.
