Method of preparation :
Boil the wild rice until ready, mix it with chickpeas.
Peel an apple, cut it into small cubes, sprinkle them with lemon juice so that they do not darken, and then add to the beans.
Finely chop the green onion, mix it with the other products as well.
Mix olive oil with black and chili pepper, rosemary and stir. Pour this sauce over the salad and serve.
