Gazpacho is a cold tomato soup from Spanish cuisine. Here is an easy recipe for this spicy appetizer. The ingredients are for 2 servings and the preparation will take you only 10 minutes . Let's start!

 

Necessary products

  • 500 grams of tomato puree
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 hot red peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1 lime
 

Method of preparation

Peel the peppers from the seeds. Cut them into small pieces. Finely grind the garlic cloves.

Pour the tomato puree, peppers, garlic and vinegar into the blender. Squeeze the lime juice inside. Beat all ingredients until smooth and thick.

Divide the finished soup into two plates. You can decorate with a sprig of fresh parsley or basil. Enjoy your meal!
