Required products :

2 tomatoes
1 onion
1/2 cucumber
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 clove garlic
3-4 teaspoons tomato juice;
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon mixture of olive oil and other vegetable oil of your choice
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
salt and ground black pepper to taste

olives for decoration


For the croutons:
3 slices white bread
1/4 tea cup mixture of olive oil and other vegetable oil
1 clove garlic


Preparation :
Wash and dry the vegetables, peel the onion, clean the peppers from the seeds. Cut onions, tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers into straws, crush the garlic clove.
Pour the prepared vegetables into a suitable container, add garlic, tomato juice, salt, sugar, pepper to taste and a mixture of vegetable oils and vinegar. Mix everything and cool.

Remove the crusts from the bread slices and cut the soft part into small cubes about 1 cm thick.
Mix the vegetable oil with the crushed garlic and pour the aromatic combination over the pieces of bread.
Pour them into a pan and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. The croutons should turn golden, turn them on all sides.

Distribute the soup in suitable bowls or plates and serve with crispy garlic croutons. Garnish with pieces of olives.
You can mash the soup if you wish.
