Necessary products:

For the dough

200 grams of flour

100 grams of butter

100 grams of sugar

1 egg

1 tsp baking powder

For the stuffing

400 grams of cottage cheese (9% fat)

200 grams of cream

120 grams of sugar

2 eggs

2 tbsp starch

1/2 lemon

1 pack. vanilla sugar

a few pieces of peaches for decoration (maybe from compote)

Method of preparation:

You need a form with a diameter of about 22-26 cm. Make shortcrust pastry. To do this, mash the softened butter in a small bowl with the sugar, add the egg and mix well. Then add the baking powder and start gradually adding the flour. Mix the dough well and form a ball out of it. Then roll out, spread it on the bottom of the baking dish, pulling the edges so that they cover the walls of the form. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon, mix it with sugar, vanilla sugar. Beat the curd separately with the cream and eggs. Combine the two mixtures, add the starch to them and beat until completely homogeneous.

Remove the dough bowl from the refrigerator. Pour the curd mixture over it and carefully arrange the peach pieces. They are heavy and will sink. Put the cheesecake to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour (until ready).

The dessert needs to cool completely, so after baking, it is best to put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Enjoy your meal!
