Necessary products:

1 teaspoon sugar

40 grams of fresh yeast

250 milliliters of fresh milk

500 grams of flour

1 egg

6 tablespoons oil

pinch of salt

1.5 kilograms of onions

For topping:

200 grams of cream

2 eggs

ground black pepper to taste

pinch of sweet red pepper

cumin to taste

Method of preparation:

Dissolve the sugar and yeast in the milk and leave for 10 minutes. Then add the flour, egg, oil and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough, cover it with a towel and leave it in a warm place for half an hour to rise. Meanwhile, wash the onion and cut it into circles, bacon - into small cubes. Fry the bacon in hot oil over medium heat. Then take it out and put the onion. Reduce heat, close the pan with a lid and simmer for about 15 minutes. You can also pour a little dry white wine.

Mix the cream with the two eggs, add the spices.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease a pan with oil, spread the dough in it, press it lightly. Put onion mixed with bacon on top and pour the cream mixture.

Bake the pie for about 40 minutes.
