Boil the potatoes in salted water, strain and immediately pour cold. Peel and cut into cubes. Roast the bacon in a dry pan and crush it. It should become crispy.
Saute the potatoes in the separated fat, add the butter, dill, parsley, onion and broth. Stir, season the wine, salt and pepper.
Add the sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes. Spread the salad on a plate, season with bacon and season with rice vinegar and olive oil.
Serve and eat with pleasure.
