How To Cook Ginger In A Marinade Of Red Wine And Wine Vinegar - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 300 grams of ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon wine vinegar (or other fruit)
  • 3 tablespoons red wine
  • 1.5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • water
  • left

Method of preparation:

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into circles. Put it in a saucepan and pour boiling water (to cover completely). Add salt and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Then drain the water and wait for the ginger to cool.

The marinade. Dissolve the sugar in a glass of hot water, pour the vinegar, wine and stir. Put the cooled root in a jar, pour the marinade, close the jar with a lid and leave at room temperature for 3 days.

You can then use it as an additive to sushi, meat or fish, and the amount that remains is stored in the refrigerator.
